According to Billboard, Katy Perry rang in her 39th year in style, with a carnival themed bday bash! Her fellow American Idol judges as well as other celebs helped the "Dark Horse" singer celebrate.
But Billboard reports that when asked what she wanted for her special day, she was quick to answer, "I know what I’m wishing for... I’m wishing for peace.... For 40, I already planned three years ago... I’m asking for it all!"
